Will my PRO-TEEN order be delivered?

Quite simply, yes.

We have all measures in place to ensure you will keep receiving your PRO-TEEN whether you are a subscriber or a new customer.

Will there be delays in my delivery?

Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking around 2-3 working days.

Please be assured we are working super hard to get your order out to you as quickly as we can! Please refer to the information provided in the order confirmation and shipping emails you receive when you place an order with us as usual if you'd like to change your delivery preferences such as your shipping address.

Are you going to run out of stock?

We are on top of this and doing our best to plan to provide PRO-TEEN consistently and reliably.

Is PRO-TEEN suitable for stockpiling/prepping?

Powdered food is a smart purchase for any time you're stuck at home or moments you're unable to do your shopping. As there's no liquid in PRO-TEEN Powder, bacteria have trouble surviving, which means that the shelf life is much longer than most other food options. PRO-TEEN is an excellent purchase in any case as it is affordable, quick, tasty and healthy with a 12-month shelf life.

What's the shelf life of PRO-TEEN?

The shelf life of PRO-TEEN Powder is 12 months if your pouch is unopened and stored in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight. Don’t worry about keeping track, there is a best before date printed on the pouch.

It’s 6 months if your pouch is open. Just reseal and store in a dry, cool environment, away from direct sunlight and it’ll keep for half a year.

Once you’ve prepared your PRO-TEEN, keep it refrigerated for 24 hours. You can save more time and make up your breakfast the night before, plus it tastes great cold.

If you’re on the go and don’t have a fridge handy, providing the temperature is cool, your prepared PRO-TEEN can stay fresh for a few hours.

Why does PRO-TEEN Powder have such a long shelf life?

PRO-TEEN has such a long shelf life because it is in powdered form. It is completely dry and therefore it is not possible for bacteria to grow in it whilst it is sealed as bacteria need moisture.

Will the nutrients in PRO-TEEN products deteriorate over time?

There is a slight degradation of some of the vitamins and minerals over shelf-life, but this is really minor. The amounts stated on the back of the pack take this into account so don't worry!

Is PRO-TEEN the right thing to buy for Coronavirus?

We think it's always a good idea to have healthy, convenient food on hand when you are low on food or time—pandemic or not! PRO-TEEN is a great option in any case as it is more affordable per meal and more nutritious than a lot of other fast food options that are tailor-made for youths in high level sport, especially if training from home.

Are you providing any discounts due to the Coronavirus?

We do not offer any discounts specifically due to the Coronavirus. We do however offer our usual discounts which are referral, subscription and club partner discounts you can choose from when purchasing with us.
