YSN subscriptions are completely flexible. You can also skip deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or perform a multitude of other actions with your subscription at any time.
We have created a how-to guide to show you how to access the many functionalities you get with your PRO-TEEN® or NUTRI-TEEN® subscription. The majority of these functions can be performed in your dedicated account area.
Create a subscription
To create a subscription, simply visit any of our product pages and:
- Choose “Subscribe”
- Select the flavour(s) and the quantity you want to add to your subscription by clicking on the + and – buttons next to each flavour
- Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example 4 weeks
- Click on Subscribe
This will take you to the cart page, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.
Even though it doesn't show up on the cart page, all first orders will automatically receive a free t-shirt, shaker and scoop. There's no need to add these to your basket unless you want to buy them as well as the freebies.
Create an account
To manage your subscriptions, you need to have a YSN account.
You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout if you are creating a subscription. You will just need to insert your email and create a password.
Alternatively, please follow the below instructions to create your YSN account.
- Go to our account page. You can also access this page via the top navigation or hamburger menu on mobile.
- Click on the black "create account" button
- Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, Password). Please make sure your email matches the one you inserted when placing your first order so your orders are automatically matched up.
YSN Account Area
You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage every aspect of your subscription. You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive and much more.
You have quick access to the main functionalities of the account at the centre of the screen.
Subscriptions – manage your existing subscriptions (click: Manage Subscription)
Order history – view your previous orders and subscriptions
Once you have clicked into 'Manage Subscription' On the left-hand side of the screen on desktop or at the top of the screen on mobile, you will also see:
- Payment methods– manage your payment methods. Add, remove, and set as preferred
- Referrals– refer your friends and you both get £10 off
- Sign out– log out of your account
Manage your upcoming delivery
You can manage all aspects related to your upcoming delivery in the "Subscriptions and Orders" section of the Account area.
To access this, click on "Subscriptions" at the centre of the screen, or "Subscriptions and orders" on the left-hand side menu on desktop or top-menu on mobile.
Open the subscription you want to manage by clicking on "View delivery". Here you can manage all aspects of your delivery.
You can click on "Edit" if you want to modify:
Flavours and quantities of your order.
Delivery frequency - the intervals at which your orders will be sent to you.
Dispatch date - the date when your next order will be sent to you.
Delivery address - where you would like to receive your order. You can either amend an existing address, add a brand new one, or select from a list or previously used addresses.
Then click "Update Subscription" to save your changes.
Skip a delivery - If you have enough product, or you simply want to take a break, click on "Manage upcoming order" and then select 'Skip' and we will not send you your next delivery and skip to the following.
Cancel a subscription - If you no longer want to receive this product, click on "Cancel subscription".
